GENERAL INFORMATION

The signup for the senior class of 2027 will not be activated until approximately 10 days prior to the first date.

There are no alternative dates, other than the makeup day. We cannot accommodate individual yearbook sessions and there is no studio available to come to. If you cannot make these dates, you will need to wait until your school’s makeup day during the school year.

If the signup page fills up, please keep checking. We will add time slots as needed as the signup fills up. The MAKEUP DAY sign-up will not be published until approximately one week prior to the makeup date.

RETAKE POLICY

Read the Helpful Tips section below so you will be prepared. There is NO fee to take the initial yearbook picture. However, if you come back at another time to do a retake, a non-refundable session fee of $37.89 will be due.

SUMMER DATES

– You will be able to view your images while you are there. If there is something you do not like, you may retake for free “while you are there”. If you leave and have to make another appointment, the retake fee will apply.
– For the June/July dates, parents are welcome to attend. Parents, nor anyone else, will be allowed in the areas where seniors are dressing, waiting, or being photographed and must stay in the designated waiting area. After we finish, we will let the parent come back and we will take a picture of the parent(s) with the senior while dressed in the cap/gown. For the makeup day at school, parent attendance is upon the discretion of the school.
– Parent pictures. We will allow parents to take a picture with their senior after we finish our part. This buddy picture is intended for parents only. It is not intended for just sibling (except twins, etc.), boyfriend/girlfriend, or friends picture.
– Specials will be available and run from June through August 31st, 2026.
– All summer dates for Wylie HS and Wylie East HS will be in the gym at Whitt Elementary School. All summer dates for Lovejoy will be in the high school cafeteria. You can only sign up for an appointment at your district’s designated location.

MAKEUP DAY:

-Makeup Day for Lovejoy HS: TBD.
– Makeup Day for Wylie HS: TBD.
– Makeup Day for Wylie East HS: TBD.
– Pictures will be taken on campus during the school day. The signup list will be published approximately one week prior to picture day.
– No instant viewing will be available. It is a school day. Seniors will be photographed and sent back to class.
– The makeup day will be the last chance (and only makeup day) to be photographed for the yearbook. There are no opportunities for a retake so be sure to read the Helpful Tips section and come prepared.
– FOR MAKEUP DAY, YOU CAN ONLY TAKE PICTURES AT YOUR CAMPUS. YOU CANNOT GO TO THE OTHER CAMPUS TO TAKE YOUR SENIOR PICTURE.
